Depending on the application, the machine knives we make are divided into several groups.

If there is no technical draft for the required knife, we are able to make it on the given sample,

we give the buyer a choice of dimension and quality.

The upper and lower knives are manufactured from

Swedish-steel, HSS (High Speed Steel), ASP, Vanadin,

PM(Powder-Metallurgy Steel) or carbide.

The knives are manufactured from original

Swedish knife steel, hardened and precision

ground. (PM steel knives on request).

For cutting and perforating of paper,

plastic- and metal-foils etc.

We produce alternative segments for web presses

of different cut off with or without steel inlay.

Are suitable for all makes of folders. Jaw blades can

be supplied with either Tungsten Carbide, Ceramic

or Vukolan coating.

Our company produces former noses of different

machine types, made of highly alloyed and wear

resistant steel.

For all press folders to folding paper.

For web transport in folder and paper guides.

All dimensions of tension roller can be produced.

Are used for picking up the printed copy after it has been cut.

All Vulcolan spares can be made from drawings

or samples and every measurement required

manufactured from IPB fine-grain-carbide,

for a longer duration of life.

Our alternative stitcher heads and consumables

for saddle stitcher are available from stock.

We produce all blades and milling heads for various adhesive binder.

All our blades are made of wear resistant carbide.

All Nozzles, Guides, Wire bending rolls, etc.

can be produced to OEM part numbers
